Tacksam f\u00f6r svar\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hej!<br \/>\nJag rekommenderar alltid att \u00e4ta vad du vill! DET \u00e4r h\u00e4lsosamt. Fundera inte s\u00e5 mycket.. Att unna sig \u00e4r viktigt! Men om vi nu ska se till n\u00e4ringsinneh\u00e5llet: Ofta, och \u00e4ven i detta fallet, inneh\u00e5ller smaksatta produkter mycket tillsatser, tillsatt socker, osv. Det \u00e4r inte fettet du ska vara r\u00e4dd f\u00f6r h\u00e4r utan tillsatser och socker, som egentligen \u00e4r d\u00e4r helt i on\u00f6dan! Du kan k\u00f6pa en naturell burk kvarg (kesella \u00e4r arlas kvarg, jag f\u00f6redrar icas kvarg f\u00f6re kesella som jag tycker \u00e4r lite v\u00e4l kr\u00e4mig..) och sedan smaks\u00e4tta sj\u00e4lv med honung och hallon! Det smakar minst lika gott, lovar!
