Konsistensen \u00e4r som gr\u00e4dde ungef\u00e4r.<\/p>\n<p>Jag g\u00f6r mitt proteinfluff med casein, har aldrig testat med mitt whey.. Kan t\u00e4nka mig att konsistensen inte blir lika gr\u00e4ddig med whey men testa ni!<\/p>\n<p>Jag anv\u00e4nder en skopa casein och ungef\u00e4r en halv dl frysta b\u00e4r\/frukt. Jag h\u00e4ller i mycket lite vatten, kanske 1-2 matskedar, och mixar detta med en stavmixer. F\u00f6r b\u00e4sta resultat brukar jag s\u00e4tta in detta i kylen typ fem minuter, sedan tar jag fram det och b\u00f6rjar vispa. Jag anv\u00e4nder en ballongvisp som man kan f\u00e4sta p\u00e5 min stavmixer. Jag tills\u00e4tter ytterst lite vatten med tidens g\u00e5ng f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 \u00f6nskad konsistens.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Proteinfluff utan proteinpulver:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>J\u00e4ttegott att frysa till glass, det f\u00e5r d\u00e5 en mer sorbetliknande konsistens. Ocks\u00e5 v\u00e4ldigt gott att \u00e4ta som det \u00e4r eller att toppa med. Konsistensen p\u00e5 detta blir l\u00f6sare \u00e4n med proteinpulver och inte lika gr\u00e4ddig utan mer luftig, fluffet h\u00e5ller sig inte heller lika fluffigt.<\/p>\n<p>Vispa \u00e4ggvitor och s\u00f6tning fluffigt.
