Kv\u00e4llis x2"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hej!<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e4nker bryta av alla bilder med lite mat.<\/p>\n<p>Kom just hem fr\u00e5n tr\u00e4ningen. Idag k\u00f6rde jag v\u00e4ldigt lugnt med fokus p\u00e5 teknik. Jag k\u00e4nde p\u00e5 maskinerna, inst\u00e4llningar, vikter och s\u00e5 vidare, hur jag ska vinkla olika delar f\u00f6r att k\u00e4nna p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt st\u00e4lle. Givande och n\u00e5got jag g\u00f6r regelbundet.<\/p>\n<p>Kom hem och \u00e5t ett underbart kv\u00e4llis:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Drygt 1 dl chokladcasein, 1\/2 dl mj\u00f6lk, 1 tsk kaffepulver och 2 tsk kakao blandat till en pudding.
