Har precis varit ute p\u00e5 en (kortare) pw, k\u00e4kat lunch och ska strax in till gymmet f\u00f6r ett pass spinning. Perfekt s\u00f6ndagssyssels\u00e4ttning. Cardio allts\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>Nu till \u00e4mnet.<\/p>\n<p>Jag f\u00e5r allt f\u00f6r ofta kommentarer som &#8221;r\u00e4knar du kalorier?&#8221;, &#8221;hur mycket kalorier inneh\u00e5ller pannkakorna?&#8221;, &#8221;hur mycket kalorier ska jag \u00e4ta f\u00f6r att g\u00e5 ner i vikt&#8221;. Jag svarar knappt p\u00e5 dessa kommentarer, herregud, om det \u00e4r viktigt f\u00f6r er att r\u00e4kna s\u00e5 r\u00e4kna sj\u00e4lva f\u00f6r<strong> jag kommer aldrig skriva om kalorier i min blogg och det \u00e4r absolut inte kalorier som avg\u00f6r om ett livsmedel \u00e4r h\u00e4lsosamt eller inte<\/strong>, jag bloggar om h\u00e4lsa, kalorier \u00e4r helt oviktigt. Av erfarenhet vet jag att kalorir\u00e4kning \u00e4r l\u00e5ngt ifr\u00e5n h\u00e4lsosamt, om \u00e4n fysiskt som psykiskt, och s\u00e5 idag st\u00f6tte jag p\u00e5 ett v\u00e4ldigt bra och\u00a0informerande\u00a0inl\u00e4gg i gladiatorn &#8221;Primes&#8221;blogg.
