Det blir ju inte riktigt samma sak och samma smaker men jag hoppas p\u00e5 att i alla fall kunna inspirera!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>P\u00e4ronsplitt-proteingr\u00f6t:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>1 dl sporthavregryn<br \/>\n1 dl mandelmj\u00f6lk (eller sojamj\u00f6lk\/havremj\u00f6lk)<br \/>\nNypa salt<br \/>\n1 skopa whey med smak av p\u00e4ronsplitt<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alternativ till proteinpulvret<\/strong>: 1\/4 mosad banan, 1 rivet p\u00e4ron, ett par kryddm\u00e5tt vaniljpulver och socker\/stevia\/sukrin\/honung.
