H\u00e4lsa &#8211; Godis och vila"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hej!<\/p>\n<div>Jobbat hela veckan. 35 timmar, 35 intensiva timmar. Nu tar jag helg och har d\u00e4rf\u00f6r laddat upp med inte bara en utan <em>tv\u00e5<\/em> stora godisp\u00e5sar! H\u00e4r ska det kr\u00e4ngas. <strong>Dagens h\u00e4lsotips &#8211; unna dig<\/strong> (och jag menar inte en ruta m\u00f6rk choklad.. I s\u00e5 fall minst 20..). Jag tycker det \u00e4r s\u00e5 viktigt att det h\u00e4lsosamma inte stiger en \u00f6ver huvudet. Vissa kanske unnar sig p\u00e5 en speciell dag. <strong>Ni kanske har en &#8221;\u00e4ta-vad-ni-vill-l\u00f6rdag&#8221;?<\/strong> <strong>Men hur k\u00e4nns det d\u00e5 f\u00f6r er om ni \u00e4ter en p\u00e5se godis p\u00e5 torsdagen?<\/strong> Jag trivs b\u00e4ttre med att ha en &#8221;\u00e4ta-vad-jag-vill-dag&#8221; n\u00e4r jag k\u00e4nner f\u00f6r det. <strong>Ibland blir det en dag i veckan, ibland blir det fyra<\/strong>. Jag litar p\u00e5 att <strong>min kropp signalerar <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">vad<\/span> den beh\u00f6ver <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">n\u00e4r<\/span> den beh\u00f6ver det<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Jag k\u00f6r dessutom p\u00e5 vilodag idag. Helt och h\u00e5llet. <strong>Ni vet v\u00e4ll att musklerna byggs upp under vila?<\/strong> Jag har inte haft en vilodag till fullo p\u00e5 s\u00e4kert tv\u00e5 veckor, vilket <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">inte<\/span> \u00e4r positivt <em>alls<\/em>. Har alltid blivit n\u00e5got, om \u00e4n bara n\u00e5got litet, som en promenad eller s\u00e5. M\u00e5ste bli b\u00e4ttre p\u00e5 att <strong>bara vara<\/strong>.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>S\u00e5, d\u00e5 har vi\u00a0diskuterat <strong>hur bra det faktiskt \u00e4r med ett fett kalori\u00f6verskott<\/strong> samt\u00a0Matildas rastl\u00f6shet. Mindre sp\u00e4nnande inl\u00e4gg men lovar att vara mer intressant imorgon! D\u00e5 kommer en uppdaterad version p\u00e5 morotskaka samt \u00a0min nya favoritgr\u00f6t.
