Vi vill ha en len och bra konsistens s\u00e5 jag anv\u00e4nder inte en viss m\u00e4ngd vatten utan \u00f6kar p\u00e5 allt eftersom det kokar bort. Tillaga p\u00e5 h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 fram smakerna bra. B\u00f6rja och blanda vatten och havregryn (1,5 dl havregryn, 3 dl vatten kan du b\u00f6rja med) med lite salt och hackat \u00e4pple och koka till du f\u00e5tt en tjock gr\u00f6t. Tills\u00e4tt sedan mer vatten och b\u00f6rja krydda efter smak. Du beh\u00f6ver mer kanel \u00e4n kardemumma och mer kardemumma \u00e4n nejlika, det m\u00e4rker du fort.. Innan du s\u00f6tar ska du mosa ner bananen. Bananen ger viss s\u00f6tma. S\u00f6ta sedan efter smak. Du kan beh\u00f6va h\u00e4lla p\u00e5 mer vatten med tidens g\u00e5ng.
