Egentligen lagar jag ju inget MAT med proteinpulver i, utan det \u00e4r mer frukost och mellanm\u00e5l, s\u00e5 mer mat i bloggen\u00a0h\u00e4danefter! Ris och potatis, undvik pasta och pommes.<br \/>\nJag \u00e4lskade risifrutti n\u00e4r jag var yngre, nu har jag inte \u00e4tit det p\u00e5 s\u00e4kert ett \u00e5r.. minst.. men jag g\u00f6r hemmagjord ibland n\u00e4r vi har risrester hemma. Det \u00e4r superenkelt och lika gott!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Jasminsris (jag hade n\u00e5got deciliter)<\/li>\n<li>Vaniljyoghurt (jag anv\u00e4nde lika delar vaniljyoghurt (3%) och l\u00e4ttfil (1%) f\u00f6r konsistensens skull)<\/li>\n<li>Ev. en gnutta vaniljpulver och honung\/stevia str\u00f6\/socker beroende p\u00e5 om du anv\u00e4nt yoghurt eller fil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L\u00e5t g\u00e4rna detta st\u00e5 \u00f6ver natten.<\/p>\n<p>Servera med sylt eller varma hallon.
