Kommer att testa alla och \u00e4ta som de \u00e4r men kommer \u00e4ven att l\u00e4gga in dem i lite recept med hopp att ni ska f\u00e5 lite id\u00e9er, tips och inspiration.<\/p>\n<p>Questbar \u00e4r, efter information och l\u00e4st, de b\u00e4sta proteinbarerna p\u00e5 marknaden med 20 gram protein, 17 gram fibrer och endast 180 kalorier per bar (n\u00e4ringsv\u00e4rdena varierar n\u00e5got efter smak). <strong>De inneh\u00e5ller bara naturliga ingredienser och \u00e4r glutenfria.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><a href=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/matildasvensson\/files\/2013\/05\/6599-7880707-shopw-6cf2ec.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2226\" src=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/matildasvensson\/files\/2013\/05\/6599-7880707-shopw-6cf2ec.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"731\" height=\"520\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/matildasvensson\/files\/2013\/05\/6599-7880707-shopw-6cf2ec.jpg 731w, https:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/matildasvensson\/files\/2013\/05\/6599-7880707-shopw-6cf2ec-300x213.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/matildasvensson\/files\/2013\/05\/6599-7880707-shopw-6cf2ec-680x483.jpg 680w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 731px) 100vw, 731px\" \/><\/a><\/em><br \/>\n<em> Bild l\u00e5nad av <a href=\"http:\/\/bodyaction.nu\/\">Bodyaction<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Proteinm\u00e4ssigt<\/strong> sl\u00e5r Questbar m\u00e5nga andra proteinbarer. 20 gram protein per bar <em>kan j\u00e4mf\u00f6ras med exempelvis Goodlife proteinbarer som inneh\u00e5ller runt 15 gram per bar.<\/em> Att t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 \u00e4r att baren faktiskt bara v\u00e4ger 60 gram, dvs 1\/3 protein.<\/p>\n<p>Questbar inneh\u00e5ller runt <strong>17 gram fibrer<\/strong> (varierar beroende p\u00e5 smak), det kanske inte s\u00e4ger er j\u00e4ttemycket, men om jag s\u00e4ger att de inneh\u00e5ller runt 22 gram <strong>kolhydrater<\/strong> och 17 av dem \u00e4r fibrer s\u00e5 f\u00f6rst\u00e5r ni nog att det \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt bra. Fibrer g\u00e5r ju rakt igenom kroppen utan att brytas ner och kan d\u00e4rf\u00f6r inte anv\u00e4ndas som energi, dvs. fibrer omvandlas inte till socker som sedan kan lagras som fett.<br \/>\n<em>Detta kan j\u00e4mf\u00f6ras med exempelvis Swebar som inneh\u00e5ller runt 23 gram kolhydrater, varav bara 1 gram \u00e4r fr\u00e5n fibrer och 21 (!!!) gram \u00e4r rent socker. S\u00e5 mycket tillsatt socker. Swebar inneh\u00e5ller dessutom bara 17 gram protein, detta ger mer socker \u00e4n protein (=sockerbar). Vill inte prata ner Swebar helt dock, det \u00e4r ett b\u00e4ttre alternativ till l\u00f6rdagsgodis! \u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kalorim\u00e4ssigt<\/strong> ligger Questbar l\u00e5gt, detta beror fr\u00e4mst p\u00e5 l\u00e5g andel socker. Med tanke p\u00e5 den l\u00e5ga andelen aktiva kolhydrater s\u00e5 skulle jag komplettera baren med n\u00e5gon form av kolhydrat (exempelvis banan\/sm\u00f6rg\u00e5s) om man \u00e4ter baren i samband med tr\u00e4ning.<\/p>\n<p>Jag kommer recensera smakerna var f\u00f6r sig s\u00e5 h\u00e5ll utkik!
