Den inneh\u00e5ller vaniljkasein som bas, jag har sedan tunnat till \u00f6nskad konsistens med mandelmj\u00f6lk. Ett recept inspirerat av fitnessguru men jag har s\u00e5klart gjort en del justeringar samt gjort dem i hj\u00e4rtform..<\/p>\n<p><strong>F\u00f6r ett hj\u00e4rta:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 msk jordn\u00f6tssm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 msk kokosfett<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sm\u00e4lt detta i en kastrull och tills\u00e4tt sedan<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ungef\u00e4r 1\/3 skopa jordgubbskasein<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Testa till du f\u00e5r \u00f6nskad konsistens, den ska vara som en fast deg. Str\u00f6 sedan i lite kakao. Forma med pepparkaksformar och l\u00e4gg i frysen i ungef\u00e4r 10-20 minuter (du f\u00f6rvarar dem i frysen om du g\u00f6r flera).
