Helt underbart. Jag gjorde den p\u00e5 tv\u00e5 matskedar <strong>mandelmj\u00f6l<\/strong>, knappt en matsked <strong>kokosmj\u00f6l<\/strong>, n\u00e4stan en hel <strong>\u00e4ggvita<\/strong>, en stor tesked <strong>kokosfett<\/strong>, en nypa <strong>stevia str\u00f6<\/strong> och en nypa <strong>vaniljpulver<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Tryck ut degen i n\u00e5gon typ av form. Gr\u00e4dda knappt 10 minuter i ugn, 200 grader.<\/p>\n<p>Medan botten \u00e4r i ugnen kan du g\u00f6ra <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">fyllningen<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda ungef\u00e4r 50 gram <strong>philadelphiaost<\/strong> (jag anv\u00e4nde light), en halv <strong>\u00e4ggula<\/strong> (om ni lyckas dela), tv\u00e5 matskedar <strong>stevia str\u00f6<\/strong>, en halv kapsyl<strong> citronessens<\/strong> (alternativt lite rivet citronskal). Gr\u00f6p ur en <strong>passionsfrukt<\/strong> och blanda i inneh\u00e5llet.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r botten \u00e4r f\u00f6rgr\u00e4ddad l\u00e4gger du i fyllningen, vrider ner v\u00e4rmen lite och l\u00e5ter din cheesecake st\u00e5 i ugnen i ungef\u00e4r 30 minuter.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Kyl<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">kr\u00e4men<\/span> p\u00e5 toppen:<\/p>\n<p>Blanda ut <strong>philadelphiaost<\/strong> med <strong>kvarg<\/strong>, smaks\u00e4tt med <strong>stevia str\u00f6<\/strong> och <strong>kokos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Serverade med vaniljlatte.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;color: #ff99cc\"><strong>Jordgubbs- och p\u00e4ronsmulpaj:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/matildasvensson\/files\/2013\/06\/DSC_0014.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2482\" src=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/matildasvensson\/files\/2013\/06\/DSC_0014.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2000\" height=\"760\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/matildasvensson\/files\/2013\/06\/DSC_0014.jpg 2000w, https:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/matildasvensson\/files\/2013\/06\/DSC_0014-300x114.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/matildasvensson\/files\/2013\/06\/DSC_0014-680x258.jpg 680w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 2000px) 100vw, 2000px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Blev otroligt n\u00f6jd med detta receptet. Testa!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">En portion<\/span><\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6rja med att t\u00e4cka en liten pajform med skivat <strong>p\u00e4ron<\/strong> (anv\u00e4nde ett halvt p\u00e4ron) och skivade <strong>jordgubbar<\/strong> (runt tio stycken).<\/p>\n<p>Blanda sedan <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">smuldegen<\/span>. Jag anv\u00e4nde tv\u00e5 matskedar <strong>mandelmj\u00f6l<\/strong> och tv\u00e5 matskedar <strong>havregryn<\/strong>, en matsked <strong>kokosflingor<\/strong>, en matsked <strong>stevia str\u00f6<\/strong>, en nypa <strong>salt<\/strong> och en nypa <strong>vaniljpulver<\/strong>. Jag n\u00f6p sedan ihop detta till en smuldeg med hj\u00e4lp av en stor tesked <strong>kokosfett<\/strong>. Jag tillsatte sedan <strong>kvarg<\/strong> tills allt blivit &#8221;ihopnypt&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Smula degen \u00f6ver frukten.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda mitt i ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader, knappt 20 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">toppingen<\/span>:<\/p>\n<p>Blanda en matsked <strong>philadelphiaost<\/strong> med ett par teskedar <strong>kvarg<\/strong>. Tills\u00e4tt vatten till \u00f6nskad konsistens. Blanda i en kapsyl <strong>citronessens<\/strong> samt <strong>stevia str\u00f6<\/strong> efter smak.
