Att lyssna p\u00e5 sin kropp"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hej!<\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r en <em>lycklig<\/em> Matilda som skriver detta inl\u00e4gget. Helt i on\u00f6dan, troligtvis, men i alla fall. Haha!<\/p>\n<p>Har haft en lugn dag. Har jag varit och handlat och h\u00e4mtat ut ett stooort paket som jag f\u00e5tt (lite julafton idag), lagat frukost tills imorgon (<strong>testar en ny overnight oat<\/strong>, om det blir gott f\u00e5r ni receptet) och gjort en god sallad till familjen! N\u00e4r jag g\u00f6r sallad \u00e4r det absolut inte &#8221;less is more&#8221; &#8211; jag har <em>allt<\/em> i! Haha. Kan l\u00e4gga upp recept sen om jag kommer ih\u00e5g. <strong>Hade det varit intressant?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Min kropp har k\u00e4nts r\u00e4tt s\u00e5 tung idag s\u00e5 kv\u00e4llens tr\u00e4ning blir lugn och med fokus p\u00e5 \u00f6verkropp d\u00e5 min tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk i benen inte ger sig. <strong>Har spenderat stor del av dagen med att \u00e4ta s\u00e5 kroppen f\u00e5r lite energi<\/strong> i alla fall, haha, inte mig emot. Kan inte s\u00e4ga det nog &#8211; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>lyssna p\u00e5 er kropp<\/strong><\/span>! K\u00e4nns den tom p\u00e5 energi \u00e4r bara att tanka liksom, f\u00f6r vem kan g\u00e5 p\u00e5 tomg\u00e5ng?
