Tiramisurecept och megafrukost"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hej!<\/p>\n<p>Promenerade hem fr\u00e5n Johannes i morse och har nu \u00e4tit meeegafrukost i form av proteingr\u00f6t (en stor deciliter sportgryn, 1\/2 deciliter svart quinoa, vaniljpulver, kokat i mandelmj\u00f6lk, i med tv\u00e5 \u00e4ggvitor, en skopa wheyprotein. Toppade med massa keso, en stor matsked jordn\u00f6tssm\u00f6r, hallon och kanel i m\u00e4ngder jaaaapp) och ska strax ta en v\u00e4nda till gymmet innan jag b\u00f6rjar jobba vid tolv, puuuh.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r ett par dagar sedan satt jag ihop n\u00e5got tiramisuinspirerat. Jag har testat apelsin, citron och hallon. Allt \u00e4r gott! Kanel \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 gott att smaks\u00e4tta med.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Varva detta i ett glas, jag varvade \u00e4ven med granola f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 med det krispiga.
