Ett fj\u00e4rdedels \u00e4pple och en matsked kvarg ocks\u00e5, och en st\u00e4nk kanel, annars \u00e4r det en proteinbar.<\/p>\n<p>Jag provade p\u00e5 Fitnessgurus proteinbar f\u00f6r f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen, och jag valde smaken &#8221;Apple pie&#8221;. Jag smakade av den, den var amazing i sig, ett underbart mellanm\u00e5l, men jag ville g\u00f6ra n\u00e5got nytt. Tryck ut den s\u00e5 den blir stor och platt och dela den sedan i fem bitar &#8211; tv\u00e5 st\u00f6rre (botten och lock) och tre mindre som du kan kl\u00e4 kanterna med.<\/li>\n<li>Anv\u00e4nd en portionsform. L\u00e4gg en stor del i botten och kl\u00e4 kanterna med de tre sm\u00e5 delarna.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda kvarg (jag anv\u00e4nde knappt tv\u00e5 matskedar) med s\u00f6tning (jag anv\u00e4nde steviadroppar med smak av &#8221;English Toffee&#8221;) och lite vaniljpulver och h\u00e4ll kr\u00e4men i din form.<\/li>\n<li>Hacka en bit \u00e4pple i sm\u00e5bitar, l\u00e4gg i formen och str\u00f6 p\u00e5 lite kanel.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 din sista bit bar och forma. Str\u00f6 p\u00e5 lite hackade n\u00f6tter om du vill. Jag la \u00e4ven p\u00e5 lite honung och extra kanel.<\/li>\n<li>Baka i ugnen i tio till 15 minuter p\u00e5 175 grader.
