Frukostvanor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hej!<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e5nga fr\u00e5gar mig hur jag orkar l\u00e4gga ner s\u00e5 mycket tid p\u00e5 mina m\u00e5ltider, men helt \u00e4rligt l\u00e4gger jag inte ner speciellt mycket tid. Mitt nya frukostberoende \u00e4r gr\u00f6t. Proteingr\u00f6t. Tar ungef\u00e4r lika l\u00e5ng tid att g\u00f6ra som en macka, haha. Tre minuter att koka och en minut att dekorera, om ni nu jobbar p\u00e5 \u00f6verkurs, som jag g\u00f6r dvs.<\/p>\n<p>Genom dessa extra tre minuter f\u00e5r jag mer mat, mer n\u00e4ringsrik mat, mer smakrik mat, vackrare mat och ja, b\u00e4ttre mat. Fett v\u00e4rt. Dessutom f\u00e5r jag en gladare pojkv\u00e4n, f\u00f6r ja, jag \u00e4lskar att laga mat \u00e5t andra. Denna \u00e4r toppad med keso, hackade n\u00f6tter, skivad banan, m\u00f6rk sirap och digistivekex.
