Jag anv\u00e4nde kokosolja. T\u00e4ck sedan botten med \u00e4pple, jag anv\u00e4nde ett stort.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Vispa ihop tv\u00e5 <strong>\u00e4gg<\/strong>, en dryg matsked <strong>kokosolja<\/strong>, fyra matskedar <strong>mandelmj\u00f6l<\/strong>, tre matskedar <strong>kokosmj\u00f6l<\/strong>, tv\u00e5 matskedar <strong>stevia str\u00f6<\/strong> (eller ett par teskedar honung), lite <strong>bakpulver<\/strong>, <strong>kanel<\/strong> och en nypa <strong>vaniljpulver<\/strong> samt en nypa salt. Tills\u00e4tt v\u00e4tska tills \u00f6nskad konsistens. Jag m\u00e4tte inte h\u00e4r utan tillsatte <strong>mandelmj\u00f6lk<\/strong> tills jag f\u00e5tt en konsistens jag var n\u00f6jd med. En smetliknande konsistens.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Bred ut smeten \u00f6ver \u00e4pplena och l\u00e4gg ett skivat \u00e4pple \u00f6verst. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver kanel och eventuellt kardemumma.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Gr\u00e4dda i ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader.
