Har legat p\u00e5 med spinning idag = m\u00f6ra ben (all tr\u00e4ning \u00e4r b\u00e4ttre tr\u00e4ning i min fina sportbh) och ska bara ta det s\u00e5 j\u00e4vla lugnt ikv\u00e4ll!<\/p>\n<p>\u00c5t proteinbar, proteinbar, p r o t e i n b a r, som efterr\u00e4tt idag vid lunch. Allts\u00e5, n\u00e4stan 50 gram protein.
