Microkladdkaka \u00e4r v\u00e4ll helt okej men om man ska g\u00f6ra en hel kladdkaka utan att den blir f\u00f6r torr och s\u00e5 vidare naej, det \u00e4r inte l\u00e4tt och jag har aldrig lyckats f\u00e5 en perfekt, fram tills ig\u00e5r.<\/p>\n<p>Denna kladdkakan smakar mycket, mycket, choklad. Tills\u00e4tt<strong> en och en halv deciliter mj\u00f6lk<\/strong> s\u00e5 har du \u00f6nskad konsistens.<\/p>\n<p>Hacka knappt <strong>50 gram m\u00f6rk, sockerfri, choklad<\/strong> och blanda ner i smeten.<\/p>\n<p>Sm\u00f6rj en form med kokosolja och &#8221;br\u00f6a&#8221; med mandelmj\u00f6l. H\u00e4ll sedan smeten i formen och f\u00f6rdela j\u00e4mnt.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda i ugnen i tjugo minuter, 175 grader, d\u00e5 har kakan lossat lite fr\u00e5n kanterna.
