Jag ville g\u00f6ra en traditionell men d\u00e5 mitt vaniljproteinpulvar var slut s\u00e5 fick jag t\u00e4nka om. Hacka en halv n\u00e4ve saltade <strong>jordn\u00f6tter<\/strong> och r\u00f6r ner i kr\u00e4men tillsammans med 50-100 gram <strong>kexsmulor<\/strong> (alternativ: digistive fullkorn).<\/p>\n<p>Bred ut smeten i en form med avtagbara kanter. Bred ut \u00e4ven upp p\u00e5 kanterna. Gr\u00e4dda i ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader i ungef\u00e4r tio minuter.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Ostsmeten<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Mixa ungef\u00e4r tv\u00e5 deciliter <strong>keso<\/strong> med en deciliter <strong>kvarg<\/strong>, en och en halv deciliter <strong>cream cheese<\/strong> (anv\u00e4nder light), tv\u00e5 <strong>\u00e4ggvitor<\/strong>, en dryg skopa <strong>bananprotein<\/strong>, tv\u00e5 matskedar <strong>kokosmj\u00f6l<\/strong>, en matsked <strong>mj\u00f6lk<\/strong> och valfri m\u00e4ngd <strong>SweetLeaf Steviadroppar<\/strong> (vanilj eller naturella). H\u00e4ll smeten i den gr\u00e4ddade botten.<\/p>\n<p>Sm\u00e4lt 100 gram sockerfri <strong>mj\u00f6lkchoklad<\/strong>. H\u00e4ll i mitten av smeten och r\u00f6r f\u00f6rsiktigt runt f\u00f6r att skapa lite m\u00f6nster.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda kakan i ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader i drygt 30 minuter. Kakan ska stelna n\u00e5got.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>S\u00e5s<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Blanda tv\u00e5 matskedar <strong>honung<\/strong> med tv\u00e5 matskedar <strong>jordn\u00f6tssm\u00f6r<\/strong>. Tills\u00e4tt valfri mj\u00f6lk, jag anv\u00e4nde <strong>kokosmj\u00f6lk<\/strong>. H\u00e4ll s\u00e5sen \u00f6ver kakan n\u00e4r den svalnat och ringla \u00e4ven \u00f6ver lite kalorifri <strong>choklads\u00e5s<\/strong> (alternativt kakao+s\u00f6tning+v\u00e4tska). Toppa allting med skivad banan, hackade n\u00f6tter och eventuellt riven kokos.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e5t st\u00e5 i kylen tills kakan svalnat helt och h\u00e5llt.
