Vispa h\u00e5rt, du ska kunna v\u00e4nda p\u00e5 bunken utan att skummet r\u00f6r sig.<br \/>\nVispa sedan i en stor matsked <strong>kvarg eller yoghurt<\/strong>, en skopa <strong>proteinpulver<\/strong> (whey) (<strong>har du inte proteinpulver? l\u00e4s l\u00e4ngre ner<\/strong>!) av valfri smak. Det \u00e4r valet av proteinpulver som avg\u00f6r om du har kolhydrater i din pannkaka eller inte. Jag anv\u00e4nder ett proteinpulver med lite kolhydrater i, men det finns de som \u00e4r av rent protein ocks\u00e5. Du beh\u00f6ver en stor matsked <strong>kokosmj\u00f6l<\/strong> <strong>eller mandelmj\u00f6l<\/strong>. Anv\u00e4nder du mandelmj\u00f6l blir pannkakan lite mer \u00e5terfuktad och inte s\u00e5 torr. Du beh\u00f6ver \u00e4ven m\u00f6jligen lite <strong>fiberhusk<\/strong>. N\u00e5gon tesked <strong>bakpulver<\/strong> \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 bra att ha.<br \/>\nBeroende p\u00e5 proteinpulver kanske du beh\u00f6ver s\u00f6ta din smet med stevia eller honung. Du kan \u00e4ven krydda den. Anv\u00e4nder du vaniljprotein kan det vara gott att sl\u00e5 i lite pepparkakskryddor etc.<\/p>\n<p>Nu breder du ut smeten p\u00e5 ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper. V\u00e4ldigt tunt ska det vara! Gr\u00e4dda sedan pannkakan tills den f\u00e5tt fin f\u00e4rg. 200 grader och det tar ungef\u00e4r tio minuter, max.<\/p>\n<p>Fyllningen och tillbeh\u00f6r g\u00e5r att variera i all o\u00e4ndlighet och beror \u00e4ven en del p\u00e5 vilken smak du har p\u00e5 pannkakan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tips:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>keso<\/li>\n<li>keso med smaks\u00e4ttning<\/li>\n<li>banan och jordn\u00f6tssm\u00f6r (favorit!)<\/li>\n<li>sylt och jordn\u00f6tssm\u00f6r (haha okej, allt med jordn\u00f6tssm\u00f6r \u00e4r favorit..s\u00e5klart!)<\/li>\n<li>vispad gr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<li>bred p\u00e5 kokosfett och str\u00f6 sedan p\u00e5 kanel och s\u00f6tning.
