Det blev proteinbrownies, nyttiga chokladbollar rullade i chiafr\u00f6n och vit choklad\/jordn\u00f6tsfudge. Vill ni ha n\u00e5got av recepten s\u00e5 hojta!<\/p>\n<p>I veckan har jag \u00e4ven gjort lite isth\u00e9er. Torkade \u00f6rter, frukter och b\u00e4r som kokas i vatten som sedan silas och s\u00f6tas. In i kylen och klart.
