Oopsie \u00e4r en kombination av pl\u00e4ttar och br\u00f6d med <strong>v\u00e4ldigt lite kolhydrater och h\u00f6gt proteinv\u00e4rde<\/strong>. V\u00e4ldigtv\u00e4ldigt gott ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r macka med ost eller annat p\u00e5l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 men inte ekonomisk d\u00e5 man<strong> b\u00f6r \u00e4ta knappt sex stycken f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 i sig lika mycket som tv\u00e5 mackor med p\u00e5l\u00e4gg<\/strong>.. De \u00e4r allts\u00e5 inte s\u00e5 m\u00e4ktiga. I alla fall inte mina oopsies men om du v\u00e4ljer att g\u00f6ra dem p\u00e5 philadelphia (d\u00e5 skulle detta r\u00e4knas som ett LCHF-recept) blir de mer ekonomiska! Solrosfr\u00f6n och pumpafr\u00f6 att toppa med<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Separera \u00e4ggula fr\u00e5n \u00e4ggvita.<br \/>\nVispa vitan h\u00e5rd tillsammans med salt. Vitan ska sitta fast i bunken n\u00e4r du v\u00e4nder den upp och ner.<br \/>\nBlanda \u00e4ggulorna med kvargen och keson. Har du inte keso kan du anv\u00e4nda bara kvarg, eller kvarg + riven ost. Du kan \u00e4ven ers\u00e4tta kvarg+keso med philadelphia (LCHF).
