Tr\u00e4ningsl\u00f6rdag"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>B\u00f6rjade med att promenera. V\u00e4dret var s\u00e5 otroligt bra s\u00e5 jag t\u00e4nkte att en l\u00e5ngpromenad, ja det passar ju fin fint! Tv\u00e5 timmar och 30 minuter senare var jag hemma, stelfrusen. Haha, fryser fortfarande hur mycket som helst s\u00e5 ska g\u00f6ra lite th\u00e9 nu innan jag ska k\u00f6ra styrka p\u00e5 gymmet. Har i alla fall \u00e4tit en <strong>nyttig kladdkaka<\/strong>\u00a0precis som ni ska f\u00e5 recept p\u00e5 snarast f\u00f6r den var riktigt god!<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 gymmet blir det rent styrkepass, helkropp. Ska fokusera lite extra p\u00e5 rygg idag, har haft lite ont i ryggen p\u00e5 senaste och tror det beror p\u00e5 att jag tr\u00e4nar den f\u00f6r d\u00e5ligt i f\u00f6rh\u00e5llande till hur jag tr\u00e4nar magen.. Det \u00e4r bara s\u00e5 otroligt tr\u00e5kigt att tr\u00e4na rygg!
