Recept &#8211; H\u00e4lsosam pizza"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Idag gjorde jag som sagt en pizzavariant till middag, det blev s\u00e5 otroligt lyckat s\u00e5 jag m\u00e5ste dela med mig av receptet! L\u00e4tt, proteinrikt och h\u00e4lsosamt. Toppingen v\u00e4ljer du helt sj\u00e4lv men jag kommer sj\u00e4lvklart skriva vad jag valde att toppa med.<\/p>\n<p>Nackdelen \u00e4r ju dock att det blir lite jobbigt att g\u00f6ra denna r\u00e4tten till flera personer.. \u00a0Tv\u00e5 personer g\u00e5r bra att g\u00f6ra p\u00e5 samma pl\u00e5t men till fler blir det sv\u00e5rt! Vispa ej!<br \/>\nBred ut p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t, p\u00e5 bakpl\u00e5tspapper, och gr\u00e4dda i 25 minuter p\u00e5 150 grader.<\/p>\n<p>Ta ut, bred p\u00e5 valfri topping.<br \/>\nSt\u00e4ll in i ugnen igen, 10 minuter, 200 grader.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Min topping (tomats\u00e5s):<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1-2 msk stark Ajvar tomat Relish<\/li>\n<li>1 vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<\/li>\n<li>2 msk vatten<\/li>\n<li>Chiliflakes<\/li>\n<li>Oregano<\/li>\n<li>Svartpeppar<\/li>\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>S\u00e5h\u00e4r g\u00f6r du:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V\u00e4rm allt i en gryta.
