Jag dricker alltid massa varmt under h\u00f6sten och vintern f\u00f6r jag \u00e4r s\u00e5 otroligt frusen. N\u00e4r man best\u00e4ller varma drycker p\u00e5 caf\u00e9 (exempelvis chai-th\u00e9, varm choklad och smaksatt latte) s\u00e5 inneh\u00e5ller de mer eller mindre alltid en massa<strong>\u00a0tillsatt socker<\/strong>, och d\u00e4rf\u00f6r en m\u00e4ngd on\u00f6diga kalorier (som du sj\u00e4lvklart ska unna dig d\u00e5 och d\u00e5 men kanske inte dagligen). Jag har satt ihop olika h\u00e4lsosamma recept f\u00f6r de flesta varma drycker man kan best\u00e4lla p\u00e5 caf\u00e9 och de smakar mer eller mindre exakt likadant. S\u00f6ta med stevia (alternativt honung). S\u00f6ta efter smak.<br \/>\nJag brukar h\u00e4lla i en-tv\u00e5 matskedar f\u00e4rdigbryggt kaffe. Idag anv\u00e4nde jag kanelkaffe (vanligt bryggkaffe som du bryggt med en gnutta kanel).
