Det ni!<\/p>\n<p>Jag t\u00e4nker absolut inte ta p\u00e5 mig \u00e4ran f\u00f6r receptet, eftersom jag kopierat det fr\u00e5n TV programmet <strong>Leila bakar<\/strong>, men bilderna \u00e4r mina och om ni vill l\u00e5na f\u00e5r ni g\u00e4rna om ni fr\u00e5gar!<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra dessa bullarna kr\u00e4vs det att man har lite tid, med tanke p\u00e5 hur mycket de ska j\u00e4sa, men de \u00e4r v\u00e4rda den tiden. Dessutom \u00e4r de v\u00e4ldigt l\u00e4tta att g\u00f6ra! Ungef\u00e4r 1,75 gram)<\/li>\n<li>50 g j\u00e4st<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsk salt<\/li>\n<li>2 dl str\u00f6socker<\/li>\n<li>250 g kesella 10 %<\/li>\n<li>100 g rumstempererat sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>Cirka 16 dl vetemj\u00f6l special<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fyllning:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g mjukt sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>1 dl str\u00f6socker<\/li>\n<li>1 msk malen kanel<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 msk kardemummak\u00e4rnor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pensling 1:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c4gg<\/li>\n<li>Str\u00f6socker<\/li>\n<li>Kardemumma<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pensling 2:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sirap (Jag anv\u00e4nde br\u00f6dsirap f\u00f6r det inte \u00e4r lika s\u00f6tt.. Lite i taget. Jag g\u00f6r detta p\u00e5 bakbord. Degen g\u00e5r ihop j\u00e4ttefint om du h\u00e4ller p\u00e5 lite mj\u00f6l i taget och inte anv\u00e4nder f\u00f6r mycket mj\u00f6l s\u00e5 jag tyckte inte detta beh\u00f6vdes g\u00f6ra i matberedare i vilken jag ofta g\u00f6r br\u00f6d.<br \/>\nL\u00e5t degen j\u00e4sa till dubbel storlek, ca 45 minuter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fyllning:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Blanda sm\u00f6r, socker, kanel och kardemumma kr\u00e4migt.<\/p>\n<p>Dela degen, kavla ut en halva i taget. De ska kavlas till j\u00e4mna, rektangul\u00e4ra, 1 cm tjocka, plattor.<br \/>\nBred \u00f6ver sm\u00f6rkr\u00e4men j\u00e4mnt.<br \/>\nVik nu ihop dina rektanglar. Vik dem s\u00e5 att l\u00e5ngsidorna ligger mot varandra.<br \/>\nSkiva varje del i tre l\u00e5nga remsor. Sk\u00e4r tre snitt som delar varje remsa n\u00e4stan helt (s\u00e5 det ser ut som ett par byxor med tre ben typ.)<br \/>\nFl\u00e4ta nu s\u00e5 du f\u00e5r l\u00e4ngder. Fl\u00e4ta som n\u00e4r du fl\u00e4tar h\u00e5ret.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e5t saffransl\u00e4ngderna\/bullarna (du kan ju dela dem till bullar direkt om du vill) j\u00e4sa under bakduk i ungef\u00e4r 40 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>Pensla med uppvispat \u00e4gg, str\u00f6 \u00f6ver socker, nymald kardemumma och gr\u00e4dda\u00a0mitt i ugnen, 200 grader, 10-12 minuter.
