Jag hoppade \u00f6ver pasta och potatis och s\u00e5 och ersatte det med massa broccoli och kn\u00e4ckebr\u00f6d. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 wokgr\u00f6nsaker. Stek tills gr\u00f6nsakerna blir mjuka och fil\u00e9erna genomvarma. Hacka \u00e4pplet och l\u00e4gg i mot slutet.<br \/>\nH\u00e4ll p\u00e5 matlagningsgr\u00e4dde och mj\u00f6lk (m\u00e4ngd beroende p\u00e5 hur mycket s\u00e5s du vill ha). H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 kryddorna och l\u00e5t puttra. H\u00e4ll sist p\u00e5 kvarg (jag anv\u00e4nde knappt 1 dl). Smaka av, salta och peppra.
