Tisdag"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Godmorgon!<\/p>\n<p>Har precis \u00e4tit gr\u00f6tfrukost, som det kommer bild och recept p\u00e5 strax, och laddar nu f\u00f6r gympass nummer 1. K\u00f6r tv\u00e5 pass idag, ett rent cardio pass och ett styrkepass ikv\u00e4ll. Har redan satt ihop passen s\u00e5 nu p\u00e5 f\u00f6rmiddagen blir det <strong>drygt en timme med b\u00e5de cross och HIIT p\u00e5 l\u00f6pbandet<\/strong>, \u00e4r dock lite orolig att jag satt ihop ett lite v\u00e4l tufft pass men det f\u00e5r g\u00e5!<\/p>\n<p>Direkt efter tr\u00e4ningen ska jag f\u00e5 i mig n\u00e5got snabbt sedan handla lite. N\u00e4r jag kommer hem sen<strong> kommer t\u00e4vlingen upp<\/strong>!
