Livsmedel &#8211; Stevia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hej!<\/p>\n<p>\u00c4r hemma en snabbis efter jobbet och \u00e4ter lite mellanm\u00e5l\/lunch innan jag ska till l\u00e4karen. \u00c4ter n\u00e5got otroligt gott, lovar att visa er senare eller imorgon.<\/p>\n<p>Jag har f\u00e5tt en del fr\u00e5gor om <strong>stevia<\/strong>, som jag anv\u00e4nder mycket, s\u00e5 jag t\u00e4nkte besvara dem i ett inl\u00e4gg helt enkelt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vad \u00e4r stevia?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Stevia \u00e4r ett naturligt s\u00f6tningsmedel \u00a0utan kalorier. Stevia kommer fr\u00e5n en v\u00e4xt.<br \/>\nViktigt &#8211; jag anser, och detta st\u00e5r jag v\u00e4ldigt fast vid, att man ska \u00e4ta allt. Jag skulle aldrig f\u00e5 f\u00f6r mig att utesluta kolhydrater fr\u00e5n min kost. Jag \u00e4ter allt och jag \u00e4ter godis och kakor ocks\u00e5, ofta dessutom, men jag v\u00e4ljer att anv\u00e4nda mig utav stevia n\u00e4r jag s\u00f6tar exempelvis kvarg och hallon, drycker, eller n\u00e4r jag bakar h\u00e4lsosamma kakor\/pannkakor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c4r stevia skadligt?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nej, som sagt \u00e4r stevia naturligt och kommer fr\u00e5n v\u00e4xtriket. Ingenting \u00e4r s\u00e5klart bra att \u00f6verdosera dock.<br \/>\nStevia ger inte heller karies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Var k\u00f6per jag stevia?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jag k\u00f6per stevia d\u00e4r jag handlar.
