Det viktigaste \u00e4r inte vad man \u00e4ter utan <em>att<\/em> man \u00e4ter. Detta mellanm\u00e5let \u00e4r dock helt perfekt innan tr\u00e4ning d\u00e5 det inneh\u00e5ller alla n\u00e4rings\u00e4mnen &#8211; <strong>kolhydrater<\/strong> (i form av frukt och b\u00e4r samt honung), <strong>protein<\/strong> (i form av keso och jordn\u00f6tssm\u00f6r) och<strong> nyttiga fetter<\/strong> (i form av jordn\u00f6tssm\u00f6r och fr\u00f6n).
