Du kan ha den som en mousse (som jag) eller tills\u00e4tta lite mer mj\u00f6lk och g\u00f6ra mer av en smoothie. Varva moussen med krossad is (jag tycker proteinpulver smakar b\u00e4st riktigt kallt s\u00e5h\u00e4r).
