Att j\u00e4mf\u00f6ra p\u00e5 gymmet.."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hej!<\/p>\n<p>Kom just hem och har \u00e4tit ett gott mellanm\u00e5l (f\u00f6rr\u00e4tt, v\u00e4ntar p\u00e5 mat, haha). Jobbade bara till halv tv\u00e5 idag, och sen stack jag direkt till gymmet. K\u00f6rde ett bra, kombinerat, pass och NU har jag tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk!<br \/>\nHaha, ig\u00e5r tr\u00e4nade jag med Jint och Johannes och de l\u00e4rde mig lite nytt med fria vikter.. Min rumpa v\u00e4rker. Hatar att jag inte kan vara s\u00e4mre.. Haha. Om jag nu ska se vem som kan ta mest i benpress kan jag ju testa att t\u00e4vla med n\u00e5gon i min storlek, eller? Nej.
