Det \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt m\u00e5nga som b\u00f6rjar bli sjuk\/f\u00f6rkyld den h\u00e4r tiden (jag med). Men jag har faktiskt druckit c-vitamin r\u00e4tt ofta sista tiden (ca 1 brustablett per dag) och det f\u00f6rhindrar v\u00e4l f\u00f6rkylning lite eller? n\u00e5gon som vet?<\/p>\n<p>Tr\u00e4ningen idag var 18.30-20.00 \u00a0och det var kul som vanligt. \u00a0Sen jag kom hem har jag bara gjort det vanliga. Duschat, \u00e4tit kv\u00e4llsfika och allt man g\u00f6r p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen. Och nu sitter jag i s\u00e4ngen med datorn i kn\u00e4t och kikar med massa folk, och kollar instagram.
