N\u00e4r jag st\u00e4llde mig p\u00e5 bandet t\u00e4nkte jag att jag skulle springa p\u00e5 lutning 0,5 och under 50 min. men nej nej. B\u00f6rjade bra men sen blev jag tr\u00f6tt allts\u00e5. Ont i vaderna och slut. jag fick b\u00f6rja med att s\u00e4nka till lutning 0, och sedan hastigheten. Jag brukar annars alltid \u00f6ka i slutet. Blev 51:50 tillslut. Usch.<\/p>\n<p>Sen m\u00e5ste jag k\u00f6pa nya skor, springer nu i ett par vanliga gymnastikskor.\u00a0Sl\u00e4ngde\u00a0mina l\u00f6parskor i L.A f\u00f6r de var h\u00e5l i dem,\u00a0v\u00e4l anv\u00e4nda\u00a0i alla fall. Ska g\u00e5 till L\u00f6plabbet n\u00e5gon dag.
