Har vilat i tv\u00e5 dagar, allts\u00e5 torsdag och fredag. Idag k\u00f6rde jag igen. B\u00f6rjade med tre snabba kilometer p\u00e5 l\u00f6pbandet, 14:40. Sen blev det tre styrke\u00f6vningar. Armar, mage och rygg. K\u00f6rde en ny planka idag, en som jag s\u00e5g Olga R\u00f6nnberg tipsade om i sin blogg. Man lutar sig mot en pilatesboll ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r marken. D\u00e5 aktiveras flera magmuskler eftersom man m\u00e5ste h\u00e5lla balansen p\u00e5 ett annat s\u00e4tt.
