Andra \u00e5ret, dvs f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret, v\u00e4gde jag 59 kg. Jag hade d\u00e5 en fettprocent p\u00e5 20,3. Slutsatsen \u00e4r att det \u00e4r mycket l\u00e4ttare att genomf\u00f6ra ett varv ju mindre on\u00f6dig vikt man samlat p\u00e5 sig. D\u00e4remot kan ju n\u00e5got kilo som var fett ena g\u00e5ngen vara muskler andra, men i mitt fall \u00e4r det f\u00f6rmodligen fett jag har p\u00e5 kroppen n\u00e4r jag g\u00e5r upp i vikt. S\u00e5 mycket styrka k\u00f6r jag inte. M\u00e5let \u00e4r att v\u00e4ga 60 kg denna g\u00e5ng.
