Nu har det ju b\u00f6rjat ta lite l\u00e4ngre tid att tr\u00e4na d\u00e5 jag rullar runt p\u00e5 foam rollen i ca 10 minuter efter varje pass. Men det \u00e4r det v\u00e4rt.
