Eller vad s&auml;ger ni? Det blir ju bara fler och fler som drabbas och jag tycker att vi ska v&auml;nda den trenden! S&aring; ta det lugnt, &auml;t nyttigt och hitta en motionsform som ni tycker om s&aring; kan vi tillsammans f&ouml;rs&ouml;ka minska andelen insjuknanden i hj&auml;rt-\/kr&auml;lsjukdomar. Kom igen och r&auml;dda er sj&auml;lva.
