Gud s&aring; sk&ouml;nt!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Sitter och &auml;ter min &#8221;supersmoothie&#8221; just nu, fast en lite mer kalorifattig &auml;n ig&aring;r \ud83d\ude1b Hade en yoghurt ig&aring;r som l&aring;g p&aring; 129 kcal\/100g. Idag ligger den bara p&aring; 40 kcal\/100g. Lite skillnad om man s&auml;ger s&aring;. Men det som jag verkligen &auml;lskar med denna smoothie &auml;r att den inte har s&aring; vattning konsistens. Detta &auml;r mestadels pga havren. Sen s&aring; hade jag naturell yoghurt idag vilket kan bli lite str&auml;vt i munnen s&aring; jag tillsatte lite s&ouml;tningsmedel. S&ouml;tningsmedel &auml;r ju inte s&aring; super bra men anv&auml;nder det i s&aring; liten m&auml;ngd s&aring; det borde inte vara n&aring;gon fara. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">J&ouml;sses vad klockan tickar iv&auml;g snabbt! Jag m&aring;ste ju b&ouml;rja g&ouml;ra mig iordning.
