Mellanm\u00e5l \u00e4r, i mitt tycke, en himla bra grej. Valm\u00f6jligheterna \u00e4r ju dessutom n\u00e4st intill o\u00e4ndliga! Jordn\u00f6tssm\u00f6r har l\u00e4nge varit en stor favorit, men det \u00e4r f\u00f6rst p\u00e5 senare \u00e5r jag insett att det, f\u00f6rutom att vara syndigt gott, \u00e4r riktigt nyttigt! I sm\u00e5 m\u00e4ngder dock. Plus att man ska vara noga med att man k\u00f6per riktigt jordn\u00f6tssm\u00f6r och inte en massa tillsatser. Allra godast tycker jag det blir n\u00e4r man g\u00f6r eget. Jordn\u00f6tter, lite, lite olja och en mixer, det \u00e4r allt som beh\u00f6vs!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Hursomhelst, det \u00e4r ju sm\u00e5 m\u00e4ngder som g\u00e4ller som sagt, f\u00f6r \u00e4ven om det \u00e4r nyttigt s\u00e5 inneh\u00e5ller det som bekant v\u00e4ldigt mycket fett. En matsked jordn\u00f6tssm\u00f6r inneh\u00e5ller ungef\u00e4r 100-112 kalorier, vilket g\u00f6r att det \u00e4r ganska uteslutet att \u00e4ta under en &#8221;tv\u00e5dag&#8221; (fastedag) n\u00e4r man bara f\u00e5r \u00e4ta 500 kalorier. Pulvret \u00e4r resterna av jordn\u00f6tter som pressats p\u00e5 fett och olja. Man tar tv\u00e5 matskedar pulver och blandar med en matsked vatten tills det \u00e4r mjukt och lent och voila &#8211; vips har du en matsked jordn\u00f6tssm\u00f6r! Inneh\u00e5llande endast 45 kalorier. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Och hur smakar det egentligen, d\u00e5? Handen p\u00e5 hj\u00e4rtat var jag ganska besviken n\u00e4r jag \u00e5t det &#8221;i bare&#8221; (sm\u00e5l\u00e4ndska f\u00f6r att \u00e4ta n\u00e5got som det \u00e4r, utan n\u00e5gonting till), men blandat med banan eller yoghurt eller vad man nu vill ha till k\u00e4nner jag \u00e4rligt talat ingen skillnad. T\u00e4nk vad dom hittar p\u00e5, va?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Hoppas att ni haft en bra start p\u00e5 veckan, det har jag! F\u00f6rutom ink\u00f6p av nya l\u00f6parskor har en sten sl\u00e4ppt fr\u00e5n mitt hj\u00e4rta.
