Det g\u00e4ller \u00e4ven att ha koll p\u00e5 n\u00e4r det \u00e4r dags att byta.<\/p>\n<p>I m\u00e5ndags inf\u00f6rskaffade jag nya l\u00f6parskor och idag invigdes dom! Testade \u00e4ven att springa med kompressionsstrumpor f\u00f6r f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen och kombinationen av dessa tv\u00e5 gjorde att jag studsade fram. Inte ens duggregnet kunde ta ner mitt hum\u00f6r!<\/p>\n<p>Se till att ta hj\u00e4lp av personal om du inte riktigt har koll p\u00e5 vilket slags l\u00f6psteg du har. Nu b\u00f6rjar det dock bli dags att ut\u00f6ka; den sista augusti ska jag springa Tough Viking, en hinderbana p\u00e5 15 km. M\u00f6jligtvis blir det Stockholm halvmarathon i september ocks\u00e5.
