Och jag m\u00e5ste se klara, synliga, konkreta\u00a0resultat, inte bara smygresultat, p\u00e5 det jag jobbar f\u00f6r.<\/p>\n<p>I tisdags hade jag en seg, frustrerande dag p\u00e5 jobbet, som i och f\u00f6r sig \u00e5tg\u00e4rdades genom ett h\u00e5rt yoga-pass p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen. Det som verkligen r\u00e4ddade dagen dock\u00a0var den pl\u00f6tsliga spagaten som hur l\u00e4tt som helst funkade n\u00e4r jag skulle fixa med en av dagens instagram-bild! Jag stod och funderade en stund p\u00e5 vilken asana (=yogast\u00e4llning) jag skulle visa upp f\u00f6r dagen, och t\u00e4nkte prova en Humanasana (s\u00e5 heter st\u00e4llningen p\u00e5 sanskrit) d\u00e5 jag inte tr\u00e4nat p\u00e5 den p\u00e5 ett tag.<\/p>\n<p>Typiskt yoga: den bara satt. Den bara var d\u00e4r, pl\u00f6stligt.
