Svetten \u00e4r som ett kvitto p\u00e5 att man k\u00e4mpat. Det finns knappt n\u00e5nting som \u00e4r mer snopet \u00e4n utebliven svett efter ett tr\u00e4ningspass. H\u00e5ller ni inte med?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">N\u00e5got som g\u00f6r mej riktigt n\u00f6jd, det \u00e4r att jag svettas mer och mer f\u00f6r varje zumbapass jag dansar. Det l\u00e5ter kanske lite ologiskt; borde det inte bli mindre jobbigt ju l\u00e4ngre man tr\u00e4nat? Nej, tv\u00e4rtom! (Fast jobbigt \u00e4r fel ord, f\u00f6r zumba \u00e4r faktiskt aldrig det minsta jobbigt, men det kan vara riktigt anstr\u00e4ngande.) Ju duktigare man blir, desto mer tar man ut r\u00f6relsen. Hence &#8211; mer svett! Riktigt cool k\u00e4nsla.
