F\u00f6r min del var yogan dels ett kall, dels en r\u00e4ddning, vilket jag n\u00e4mnt i tidigare inl\u00e4gg.Det som dock gjorde mig en aning bekymrad n\u00e4r jag b\u00f6rjade syssla med yogan mer seri\u00f6st och b\u00f6rjade satsa, var hur fruktansv\u00e4rt DYRT det \u00e4r! Studios tar v\u00e4ldigt mycket betalt f\u00f6r yogakurser, och hur v\u00e4rt det \u00e4n \u00e4r det s\u00e5 begr\u00e4nsar det m\u00e5nga m\u00e4nniskor till att ens ha chansen att prova p\u00e5 yoga.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 jag b\u00f6rjade sp\u00e5na lite, leka med tanken om hur jag kan dela med mig av min yogagl\u00e4dje, och f\u00f6ddes gjorde mitt projekt <strong>YogaWithHellcat<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5h\u00e4r ser projektet ut: jag kommer under sommaren leda ashtangainspirerade yogapass ute i Luxparken p\u00e5 Lilla Essingen! Passen \u00e4r anpassade till likv\u00e4l nyb\u00f6rjare som vana yogis; det h\u00e5ller en basniv\u00e5 d\u00e4r jag erbjuder utmaningar f\u00f6r de som \u00e4r mer vana. Du beh\u00f6ver allts\u00e5 inte ha n\u00e5gon som helst f\u00f6rkunskap\/vana av yoga f\u00f6r att vara med! Passen kommer kosta 20 kr\/person, och planen \u00e4r att de ska h\u00e5llas varje s\u00f6ndag kl. 10.00 med <strong>start den 15 juni<\/strong>. Intresserad?
