Det kan vara allt fr\u00e5n en komplimang (till eller fr\u00e5n n\u00e5gon), en klarad deadline eller t.o.m. ovanligt lite disk att ta itu med hemma. Kanske ser du fram emot helgen, eller lyssnar du p\u00e5 en bra l\u00e5t? Tr\u00e4ningen gick lite extra bra?\u00a0Oavsett, s\u00e5 \u00e4r tricket att k\u00e4nna k\u00e4nslan bara en g\u00e5ng till, en extra sekund. T\u00e4nk <b>AKTIVT<\/b>! \u201dJa, det SKA verkligen blir redigt G\u00d6TT med helg!\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Sen \u00e4r saken klar!<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Genom att aktivt bekr\u00e4fta positiva tankar \u00f6var du dig p\u00e5 att beh\u00e5lla en mer positiv \u201dgrundsinnesst\u00e4mning\u201d , f\u00f6r tillslut g\u00e5r det av sig sj\u00e4lv, det s\u00e4tter sig liksom i ryggm\u00e4rgen. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Detta funkar, om man v\u00e4nder lite p\u00e5 det, p\u00e5 samma s\u00e4tt som att l\u00e4ra sig att inte \u00e4lta saker du inte kan p\u00e5verka. F\u00f6r alla vet ju att \u00e4lta saker som \u00e4r negativa, kommer i slut\u00e4ndan dra med sig hela ditt v\u00e4sen ner i det kletiga sj\u00e4lv\u00f6mkan\/neggo-tr\u00e4sket. Och att kravla sig ur det tr\u00e4sket \u00e4r ett t\u00e4mligen kr\u00e4vande projekt&#8230; S\u00e5 i det fallet: <b>ta in<\/b>, <b>acceptera<\/b>, <b>SL\u00c4PP<\/b>.
