Min favoritklich\u00e9 \u00e4r &#8221;Du \u00e4r din egen lyckas smed&#8221;, f\u00f6r det \u00e4r s\u00e5 f\u00f6rbannat sant. F\u00f6r vem, f\u00f6rutom du, har en skyldighet att se till att du m\u00e5r bra? Ingen. Om du \u00e4r av en annan \u00e5sikt \u00e4r jag faktiskt beredd att s\u00e4ga att du har fel. Min dag har varit skit. Min \u00e4lskade lille p\u00e4lsplutt Gaston blev sjuk s\u00e5 det var bara att \u00e5ka in till akuten med honom mitt i natten. Blev d\u00e4rmed inte mycket s\u00f6mn i natt&#8230; In med honom till akuten igen i morse, sen direkt till jobb som inte gick bra, osv, osv&#8230; S\u00e5 vad blev dagens recept p\u00e5 uppstyrning?
