Och varf\u00f6r inte g\u00f6ra det i punktform?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sovmorgonen &#8211; vaknade utvilad, tillsammans med mitt livs k\u00e4rlek. (Det \u00e4r n\u00e4mligen inte alltid sj\u00e4lvklart n\u00e4r man har s\u00e5na arbetstider som jag.)<\/li>\n<li>F\u00f6rmiddagens yogapass &#8211; provade p\u00e5 n\u00e5gonting helt nytt och k\u00e4nde att kroppen fick ny energi.
