En hel extra dag ledigt fr\u00e5n jobbet \u00e4r inget annat \u00e4n fantastiskt! En sak som \u00e4r, om m\u00f6jligt, \u00e4nnu b\u00e4ttre \u00e4r att p\u00e5 det ta en spontan semesterdag till och d\u00e4rmed f\u00e5r en \u00c4NNU l\u00e4ngre l\u00e5nghelg. Oh happy daaay! F\u00f6r det var precis vad jag gjorde. Satt p\u00e5 jobbet och kollade avdelningens kalender, s\u00e5g till min stora gl\u00e4dje att ingen tagit ledigt p\u00e5 torsdagen s\u00e5 jag h\u00f6gg den direkt.<\/p>\n<p>Ni ser v\u00e4l till att g\u00f6ra s\u00e5na saker f\u00f6r er sj\u00e4lva ibland? Ge er sj\u00e4lva mer tid. Inte f\u00f6r er partner, era barn eller ert jobb, utan f\u00f6r ER SJ\u00c4LVA. Det \u00e4r en v\u00e4ldans fin present att ge bort, s\u00e5 g\u00f6r det ibland.<\/p>\n<p>Jag anv\u00e4nde mina extra timmar till tr\u00e4ning, hurtig som jag \u00e4r, och umg\u00e4nge med m\u00e4nniskor jag \u00e4lskar att ha omkring mig. F\u00f6rst ett fighting-pass med Jill innan hon drog till USA f\u00f6r att t\u00e4vla i VM i AMMA (jag \u00e4r s\u00e5 j\u00e4vla stolt \u00f6ver dig!) som totalt m\u00f6rdade mig och var d\u00e4rmed sjukt kul! Jag k\u00e4nde mig himla h\u00e4ftig d\u00e4r jag stod med lindade h\u00e4nder och fl\u00e5sade! Passet avslutade vi med lite acro-yoga f\u00f6r styrkan och balansens skull&#8230; Och f\u00f6r att det \u00e4r s\u00e5 j\u00e4vla kul! \ud83d\ude42 Till kv\u00e4llen h\u00e4ngde jag och min Stefan med v\u00e5r andra familj, Caroline och Fredrik. Sv\u00e5rt att inte bli uppfylld och glad n\u00e4r man har s\u00e5 fantastiska m\u00e4nniskor omkring sig! &lt;3<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5, kontenta: bjud dig sj\u00e4lv p\u00e5<b> tid<\/b>.
