Men handen p\u00e5 hj\u00e4rtat intr\u00e4ffar inte det s\u00e4rskilt ofta. N\u00e4r jag, som nu, \u00e4r ledig efter en jobbhelg har jag v\u00e4ldigt sv\u00e5rt att unna mej sj\u00e4lv att vara ledig fullt ut. Det \u00e4r som ett konstant d\u00e5ligt samvete, en svag r\u00f6st som viskar &#8221;du borde&#8230;&#8221;. Exakt vad det \u00e4r jag borde g\u00f6ra st\u00e5r inte alltid helt klart.<\/p>\n<p>Idag har jag till exempel ringt n\u00e5gra viktiga samtal, rensat i rabatterna och tv\u00e4ttat en maskin tv\u00e4tt, \u00e4nd\u00e5 k\u00e4nner jag mej lite sm\u00e5tt v\u00e4rdel\u00f6s f\u00f6r att jag inte &#8221;utr\u00e4ttat&#8221; n\u00e5nting.<\/p>\n<p>Denna eviga f\u00f6ljetong. Vi VET ju att v\u00e5rt v\u00e4rde inte ska m\u00e4tas i prestationer, att det \u00e4r en stor skillnad p\u00e5 sj\u00e4lvf\u00f6rtroende och sj\u00e4lvk\u00e4nsla. \u00c4nd\u00e5 \u00e4r det s\u00e5 l\u00e4tt att hamna d\u00e4r igen.<\/p>\n<p>Jag lovar mej sj\u00e4lv att bli b\u00e4ttre p\u00e5 att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 att jag \u00e4r v\u00e4rd att disponera min egen tid hur jag vill. Det \u00e4r en f\u00f6rm\u00e5n, inte n\u00e5gonting som ska skapa huvudbry.
