Kan ju \u00e4ven tilll\u00e4gga att klockan var 15.32 n\u00e4r jag gjorde uppt\u00e4ckten. N\u00e4r man har ett s\u00e5nt jobb som jag har t\u00e4nker man inte lika mycket p\u00e5 n\u00e4r det \u00e4r r\u00f6da dagar och begr\u00e4nsade \u00f6ppettider.<\/p>\n<p>Men det gick bra \u00e4nd\u00e5! Jag k\u00f6rde ett snabbt pass med lite kondition, mage och armar. K\u00e4nde dock inte att jag uppfyllt dagens tr\u00e4ningskvot och best\u00e4mde mig d\u00e4rf\u00f6r f\u00f6r att ta en l\u00f6prunda n\u00e4r jag kom hem. Min k\u00e4ra f\u00e4stman var ocks\u00e5 springsugen, s\u00e5 han h\u00e4ngde p\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>Det brukar inte h\u00e4nda s\u00e5 ofta, dels f\u00f6r att han inte springer lika ofta som jag, dels f\u00f6r att jag f\u00f6redrar att springa ensam. Idag k\u00e4ndes det dock bra! Trots att det blev en kortare runda \u00e4n vanligt. \u00a05 km avverkades.<\/p>\n<p>Det k\u00e4nns f\u00f6r \u00f6vrigt alltid bra att springa. Efter varje pass \u00e4r det som att allting blir lite l\u00e4ttare. D\u00e5 menar jag b\u00e5de kroppsligt och mentalt. Ibland n\u00e4r det k\u00e4nns motigt inf\u00f6r ett pass p\u00e5minner jag mig om det. Och minns redan vid f\u00f6rsta l\u00f6psteget.<\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r precis s\u00e5 tr\u00e4ning ska k\u00e4nnas! N\u00e5got du VILL g\u00f6ra. N\u00e5got du BEH\u00d6VER.
